Property： This is the water-soluble acid dye applicable for anodizing absorptive dyeing. The dyed surface will turn to black but partially bluish grey, offering the excellent fastness to light and heat and the rapid coloring. Moreover, the surface can be dyed into black with the

thinner anodizing film. The dye is relatively sensitive to sulfate so it cannot be contaminated during the production, which can ensure the dye’s ability of coloring. The dye is good at anti-mildew. It is necessary to add the anti-mildew agent to the new dye as they will be mildewed under some certain conditions.

Storage condition： The dye should be sealed up and stored in the dry place.

Buffering agent	Dye Buffer PL-BS is necessary
Water quality	Running water (Pure water is recommended)
Sealing	Sealing salt exclusively sold by Pionmi is recommended.

Bath make-up:

l The dye should be dissolved thoroughly before dyeing bath make-up.

lDissolving the dye with the hot water (over 80℃, dye:water=1:30) in an isolated container as the master solution and then pour it into water tank by stirring to make up dyeing bath to the suitable concentration.

Color fastness to light: Excellent. The dye can be used outdoors.

Explanation: Continuous filtration is necessary during the process of using.

Disposal for waste dyeing solution:
