PIONMI Employee Safety Management Training

On August 27th, PIONMI successfully held its 2021 Safety Management Seminar. The goal was to raise employee awareness of safety practices, eliminate unsafe behaviors in production processes, and prevent and control the occurrence of accidents.
Training content
1.Strictly follow the "One Line, Three Inspections" guidelines. The "One Line" refers to the red line that must not be crossed: ensuring that development never comes at the cost of human life. The "Three Inspections" focus on the inspection, prioritization, and elimination of potential hazards.


2.Organize and implement the company's safety education and training plans. Each department should develop its own relevant training plans based on its specific needs, enhancing safety awareness, learning safety knowledge, mastering safety skills, and conducting thorough safety assessments.

3.Fire extinguisher usage training: all employees must master the proper use of fire extinguishers.
