On September 7th, Clariant product application training successfully held at PIONMI conference room. The training aimed to deepen understanding of professional product and technical knowledge while addressing common challenges encountered in the workplace and the market. The session was led by Mr. Li, Technical Marketing Manager from Clariant.

Training content

1.Aluminum anodizing is an electrochemical surface treatment process that enhances both the functionality and aesthetics of aluminum.
2.Aluminum, due to its abundance, lightweight nature, high strength, decorative potential, good processing ability, and recyclability, is widely used in various industries.
3.Using Apple products as an example, Mr. Li explained why anodized aluminum is preferred: it preserves the metallic texture to the greatest extent, has high surface hardness, is wear-resistant, and easy to clean.
4.The application of aluminum anodizing is widespread, commonly seen in industries such as electronics, cosmetics, and construction.
5.The session also covered basic color theory from the perspective of visual perception and color measurement.

Discuss communication

During the training, participants engaged in discussions about the anodizing process, including the formation of the anodized layer, its color and structure, and various methods for testing anodized films.
