pH adjustment:It is recommended to add Anodal Dye Buffer to adjust to pH 5.6.
Dyeing requirements:To ensure uniform dyeing, we recommend stirring the dye bath during dyeing.
Water quality requirements:It is best to use deionized water.
Sealing requirements:It is recommended to use Anodal® ASL.
3. Bath Liquid Preparation
Since this dye is liquid, it can be added directly when opening or replenishing the dye bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness (ISO 2135)
Light gray:5-6 grade
Medium gray:6-7 grade
Dark gray:7-8 grade
Deep black:>8 grade
5. Instructions
- When opening a new dye bath or adding dye, a pH stabilizer must be added to activate the dye.
- Unsealed dyed workpieces can be decolorized with diluted nitric acid.
- This dye is sensitive to sulfate ions, so oxidized workpieces must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Disposal of Waste Dyeing Liquid
Waste dyeing liquid can be precipitated using Anodal WT-1 Liquid. The table below lists the methods for treating dyeing liquid:
