pH value:5.5-6.0
Buffer:A pH stabilizer must be added when using this dye
Dyeing:To ensure even dyeing, we recommend stirring the dye bath during dyeing
Water quality:It is best to use deionized water
Sealing:It is best to use Kleanthous high-temperature sealing agent ASL
3. Bath solution preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved. It is best to dissolve in a separate container with hot water (80°C) (approximately a dye to water ratio of 1:5). Then, stir this mother liquor into the dyeing bath.
4. DyeLightfastness (ISO 2135).
Dark color: 7-8 grade, above 12μm
5. Instructions
- When using this dye in a newly opened bath or when adding it, a pH stabilizer must be added to activate the dye.
- Unsealed dyed workpieces can be decolorized with dilute nitric acid. - This dye is sensitive to sulfate ions, so oxidized workpieces must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Disposal of waste dyeing solution
Waste dyeing solution can be precipitated using Anodal WT-1 Liquid. This method is described in detail in the Anodal WT-1 Liquid technical documentation:
