Applicable pH:5.5-6.0
Buffer adjustment:It is recommended to add Anodal Dye Buffer to adjust to pH 5.6
Dyeing requirements:To ensure uniform dyeing, we recommend stirring the dye bath during dyeing
Water quality requirements:Deionized water is preferred
Sealing:It is recommended to use Anodal® ASL
3. Bath Liquid Preparation
Since this dye is liquid, it can be added directly when opening or replenishing the dye bath.
4. Dye Resistance
Lightfastness (ISO 2135).
Light gray:5-6 grade
Medium gray:6-7 grade
Dark gray:7-8 grade
Heat resistance.
The heat resistance of this dye is relatively poor, and the heat resistance test results for medium gray depth are as follows:
- 1 h, 150°C, slightly turns green;
- 1 h, 200°C, slightly turns yellow.
5. Description
Stability:This dye is only suitable for room temperature dyeing, with dyeing temperatures not exceeding 30°C
Impurities:This dye is sensitive to sulfate and aluminum ions, so the oxidized workpiece must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
Color mixing:This dye has excellent color mixing properties and can be mixed with different dyes to achieve various colors, for example, it can be mixed with Sanodure Fast Gold L to obtain green, and mixed with Sanodure Fast Bronze L or Sanodure Bronze 2LW to obtain reddish bronze.
6. Disposal of Waste Dyeing Liquid
Waste dyeing liquid can be precipitated using Anodal WT-1 Liquid, and the following table lists the substances required for precipitating gray NL:
