3. Bath Liquid Preparation
This dye is liquid, so it can be added directly when preparing and replenishing the bath liquid.
4. Dye Lightfastness
Cyan PLW has excellent lightfastness.
Lightfastness:Grade >8 (ISO 2135).
5. Instructions
- Unsealed dyeing cannot be removed with dilute nitric acid or dilute sulfuric acid. The best removal method is to use 10% dilute nitric acid + 5% potassium permanganate. After treatment, it should be neutralized in a 5% sodium bisulfite solution for 1-5 minutes.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
- Color mixing: This dye can be mixed with Sanodal Yellow 3GL to create green, but cannot be used for outdoor construction.
- Preventing mold growth: Adding a biocide can inhibit mold growth for a long time. It is recommended to use 25-50mg/L Nipacide Cl 15 MV (for details, please refer to relevant technical information).
6. Disposal of Waste Dyeing Liquid
Waste dyeing liquid can be precipitated using Anodal WT-1 Liquid. This method is described in detail in the Anodal WT-1 Liquid technical information.
