3. Preparation of dye bath
When preparing the dye bath, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using five times the amount of dye in hot water (80-90°C). Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dye bath.
4. Dye lightfastness
This dye has extremely good lightfastness.
Lightfastness:Grade >9 (ISO 2135)
5. Instructions
- Unsealed dyeing can be removed with dilute nitric acid.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Disposal of waste dye solution
Waste dye solution can be precipitated using Anodal WT-1 Liquid. The table below lists other substances required for precipitating Blue G:
