3. Bath Solution Preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using five times the amount of hot water (80-90°C) compared to the dye. Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dyeing bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness
Blue 2LW has excellent lightfastness.
Lightfastness:Grade >9 (ISO 2135)
5. Instructions
- Undyed areas can be removed with dilute nitric acid.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Disposal of Waste Dyeing Solution
Waste dyeing solution can be treated with Anodal WT-1, and the following table lists the treatment methods for dyeing waste liquid:
