Sealing requirements:It is recommended to use Anodal® ASL (one-step or two-step)
3. Bath Solution Preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using 5 times the amount of dye in hot water (80-90°C). Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dyeing bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness
Red B3LW has excellent lightfastness.
Lightfastness:Grade >8 (ISO 2135).
5. Instructions
- Undyed areas can be removed with 30% diluted nitric acid. The best removal method is with 10% diluted nitric acid + 5% potassium permanganate. After treatment, neutralize in a 5% sodium bisulfite solution for 1-5 minutes.
- This dye is sensitive to sulfate and aluminum; workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
Preventing Mold Growth:Adding a biocide can inhibit mold growth for a long time. It is recommended to use 25-50mg/L Nipacide Cl 15 MV (for details, please refer to relevant technical documentation).
6. Treatment of Waste Dyeing Liquor
