Deep black MLW particles are derived from deep black MLW powder, and this technical information is also applicable to deep black MLW powder products.

  • Other black products with high quality requirements

5. Preparation of bath solution
It is recommended to dissolve the dye in deionized water. Tap water can also be used, but it will reduce the stability of the bath solution.
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.

It is best to pre-dissolve in hot water (80-90°C) at a ratio of 5 times the dye in a separate container. Then, stir the pre-dissolved mother liquor into the dyeing bath.
To optimize the dyeing performance, boil the bath solution for a period of time (about 1 minute) before dyeing, or maintain the bath solution temperature at 60 °C for 4-5 hours.

6. Treatment of waste dyeing solution
Waste dyeing solution can be treated with Anodal WT-1, and the following table lists the treatment methods for dyeing waste liquid:
