Applicable pH:5.5±0.5
pH Adjustment:It is recommended to add Anodal Dye Buffer to adjust to pH 5.6.
Water Quality Requirements:Deionized water is preferred.
Sealing Requirements:It is best to use Anodal® ASL (one-step or two-step).
3. Preparation of Bath Solution
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using five times the amount of dye in hot water (80-90°C). Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dyeing bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness
Lightfastness of Deep Dyeing:5-6 (ISO 2135).
5. Instructions
- Undyed coloring can be removed with dilute nitric acid (30%). The best removal method can be treated with 10% nitric acid + 5% potassium permanganate. After treatment with potassium permanganate, it must be neutralized in a 5% sodium bisulfite solution for 1-5 minutes.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, and anodized workpieces must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
- This dye can be mixed with Sanodure Bordeaux RL to achieve red, or with Sanodye Golden Orange RLW to achieve yellow.
Preventing Mold Growth:Adding a biocide can inhibit mold growth for a long time. It is recommended to use 25-50mg/L Nipacide Cl 15 MV (for details, please refer to relevant technical data).
