3. Bath Solution Preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container with 5 times the amount of hot water (80-90°C) compared to the dye. Then, stir the pre-dissolved mother liquor into the dyeing bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness

Undyed coloring can be removed with 30% diluted nitric acid. The best removal method is with 10% diluted nitric acid + 5% potassium permanganate.
- After treatment, it should be neutralized in a 5% sodium bisulfite solution for 1-5 minutes.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
- 6. Disposal of Waste Dyeing Solution
Waste dyeing solution can be treated with Anodal WT-1, and the following table lists the treatment methods for dyeing waste liquid:
