3. Preparation of Bath Solution
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using 5 times the amount of hot water (80-90°C) compared to the dye. Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dyeing bath.

Dark color (12 µm):7-8 (ISO 2135)
5. Instructions
- This dye colors quickly
- Unsealed dyeing can be removed with nitric acid.
- This dye is sensitive to sulfate and aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Treatment of Waste Dyeing Solution
Waste dyeing solution can be treated with Anodal WT-1, and the following table lists the treatment methods for dyeing waste liquid:
