Sanodye Yellow 3GL (Yellow)
Yellow 3GL is a uniform water-soluble dye suitable for anodized aluminum adsorption dyeing. This dye has excellent lightfastness, heat resistance, and weather resistance. In addition to ordinary aluminum parts, it is also suitable for silicon-containing aluminum alloys (Grinatal type), which can achieve an olive color with outstanding lightfastness.

3. Bath Solution Preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using 5 times the amount of hot water (80-90°C) compared to the dye. Then stir the pre-dissolved mother liquor into the dyeing bath.4. Dye Light Resistance
This dye has excellent light and heat resistance.

Unsealed dyeing can be removed with nitric acid.
- The dye bath is sensitive to aluminum ions and sulfate ions, and aluminum parts after anodizing must be thoroughly rinsed before dyeing.
- In addition to outdoor building color elements, this dye can also be mixed with Sanodal Turquoise PLW Liq. to create a green color.
- Preventing Mold Growth: Adding a biocide can inhibit mold growth for a long time. It is recommended to use 25-50mg/L Nipacide Cl 15 MV (please refer to relevant technical data for details).
- 6. Treatment of Waste Dye Liquor
Waste dye liquor can be treated with Anodal WT-1, and the following table lists the treatment methods for dye waste:
