Orange RL is a uniform, water-soluble dye suitable for aluminum anodizing adsorption dyeing, mainly used for indoor products and jewelry, and is only recommended for indoor use.

Water quality requirements:Deionized water is recommended.
Sealing requirements:Anodal® ASL is recommended.
3. Bath Solution Preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container using 5 times the amount of hot water (80-90°C) compared to the dye. Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dyeing bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness
Dark color (12 µm): 5-6 (ISO 2135).
5. Instructions
- This dye has a wide range of dyeing.
- Unsealed dyeing with dilute nitric acid or sulfuric acid cannot be removed. It can be removed in 10% nitric acid + 5% potassium permanganate.After soaking in potassium permanganate, it must be neutralized in a 5% sodium bisulfite solution.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Disposal of Waste Dyeing Solution
Waste dyeing solution can be treated with Anodal WT-1. The following table lists the treatment methods for dyeing wastewater:
