3. Bath Solution Preparation
When preparing the bath solution, it must be fully dissolved.
It is best to pre-dissolve in a separate container with 5 times the amount of hot water (80-90°C) compared to the dye. Then, stir the pre-dissolved stock solution into the dyeing bath.
4. Dye Lightfastness
Dark color (12µm):5-6 (ISO 2135)
5. Description
- This dye has a wide range of dyeing.
- Undyed dyeing can be removed with dilute nitric acid.
- This dye is sensitive to aluminum, so workpieces that have been anodized must be thoroughly cleaned before dyeing.
6. Treatment of Waste Dyeing Solution
Waste dyeing solution can be treated with Anodal WT-1, and the following table lists the treatment methods for dyeing waste liquid:
