In the process of aluminum anodizing, when water-based dyes are used for coloring followed by boiling water sealing treatment, the phenomenon of decoloration occurs as sulfate ions escape along with the dye. Before conducting high-temperature sealing treatment, a pre-treatment with DIA pre-SEAL is performed to strongly inhibit the decoloration phenomenon during high-temperature sealing. It complies with RoHS directives and environmental requirements, and is nickel-free.
