This product is a highly effective anti-powder agent, added to medium or high-temperature nickel-containing sealing solution.

When using medium or high-temperature nickel-containing sealing products, if the sealing temperature is too high, the sealing time is too long, or the solution

ages, a phenomenon of 'powdering' may occur on the surface of the aluminum material.

This product, Anodal SI is used to be added to the sealing tank to suppress and reduce the generation of sealing dust, and it has no negative impact on the sealing

itself.

1. Performance

Appearance: Transparent solution, slightly brownish yellow

Solubility: Miscible with water in any proportion

Storage stability: Under sealed original packaging 0-40°C , for at least three years

2. Application range

Anodal SI Suitable for addition to high-temperature or medium-temperature nickel-containing sealing agents to suppress and reduce dust generation.

Anodal SI Applicable for both colorless anodic film sealing and dyed anodic film sealing.

3. Application conditions

Usage amount

The usage amount mainly depends on the quality of water and the type of anodic film, preferably using deionized water.

1-8 ml/L

The usage amount mainly depends on the severity of powdering.

For normal slight powdering, just add 1-3ml/L it, while for more severe powdering, add 5-8ml/L.

4. Configuration and maintenance of sealing solution

Overuse

Even if this product is added in excess, it will not have a significant negative effect on the sealing solution, but it is not recommended to exceed the added amount.

Anodal SI will be consumed or carried out with the use of the solution, and due to its excessive addition, there are no significant side effects,

so no special maintenance is required.

When replenishing, add as appropriate based on the powdering situation.
