Anodal DFC-5 It is an efficient color-fixing and sealing enhancer, characterized by:

1. It can effectively reduce color bleeding during the sealing process of dyed workpieces, with no adverse effects on sealing quality;

2. It works on most sealing agents, especially showing significant effects on nickel-free sealing agents;

3. It has a good effect on the vast majority of dyes, reducing color bleeding while not altering the hue of the dye itself;

4. It helps improve the corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance, and resistance to artificial sweat of the product after sealing;

5. It enhances the lightfastness of most dyes to varying degrees;

2. Application range

Anodal DFC-5 Suitable for both nickel-containing and nickel-free sealing agents for color fixing;

It has good color-fixing effects on most dyes available in the market.

3. Application conditions

After thoroughly cleaning the dyed workpieces, soak them in the color-fixing agent, then rinse thoroughly before sealing.

Usage amount: 40-60ml/l recommended 50ml/l It is advisable to use deionized or pure water for preparation

PH Value: 3.2-4.0 recommended to be 3.6

To ensure the stability of the original solution during storage, the initial PH value is relatively low, and it needs to be adjusted after opening the tank

well PH before use: the suggested PH adjustment method is to add 0.045

grams of sodium hydroxide per liter of prepared tank solution, that is, add 45 grams of sodium hydroxide per ton of tank solution;

Contamination of the color-fixing agent 5-15ml Under normal circumstances, the color bleeding of workpieces that have been thoroughly rinsed in the color-fixing agent tank solution is minimal, but after prolonged use

there will be dye accumulation in the tank solution, which will affect the effectiveness of the color-fixing agent. If the color of the color-fixing tank solution changes significantly,

it needs to be replaced; in typical application environments, it is recommended to change the tank solution every

day after use.

后，会有染料在槽液中积累，则会影响固色剂的效果，如果发现固色槽液明显变色，

则需要进行更换；在典型的应用环境，推荐每使用 7-12 天后更换槽液。
